Ingredients

1 cup Pizza sauce
1 (12-inch) Pre-made pizza crust
1 cup (4 oz) Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup (2 oz) Bay Valley® Brand Hot Banana Pepper Rings, drained
1/3 cup (2 oz) Bay Valley® Brand Hot Cherry Pepper Rings, drained

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over pizza shell to within 1 inch of the edge.
  3. Sprinkle on cheese and arrange pepper rings over pizza.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Yield: 2 Servings
