Ingredients

1 headRed leaf lettuce, washed, dried
1 lbChicken breasts, smoked, pre-cooked, chopped
1 cupRed seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cupWalnuts, toasted, chopped
1/2 cupGreen onions, sliced
1 cup (8 oz)Rod's® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Procedure

  1. Tear red leaf lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chicken, grapes, walnuts and green onions over lettuce.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 Servings

 

Chef's Tip:

Mixed greens may be substituted for red leaf lettuce. Garnish with crumbled bleu cheese or smoked Gouda cheese.
