Ingredients
12 lbs | Chicken wings (tips removed, cut at joint) |
3 cups | Worcestershire Sauce |
4 cups | Saucemaker® Honey Garlic Sauce |
Procedure
- Place wings in hotel pans; cover with Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate, covered, for 1-2 hours. Remove from marinade; discard marinade.
- Preheat deep fryer to 350°F. Fry wings for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F; drain. Place wings into a resealable plastic container; add Saucemaker® Honey Garlic Sauce. Toss to coat.
- Serve with additional Saucemaker® Honey Garlic Sauce on the side for dipping.
