Ingredients
5 qts | Water |
5 cups | Sturm’s Village Farm® Quick Grits |
2-1/2 tsp | Salt |
3 lbs | Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded |
2 lbs | Cooked chopped lobster meat, heated |
10 oz | Baby spinach |
As needed | Heavy cream, warmed |
Procedure
- Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot over high heat; add Sturm’s Village Farm® Quick Grits and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Remove pan from heat.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Mix in heated lobster and baby spinach.
- If desired, add enough warm cream to thin to desired consistency.
