Ingredients

6 large (1-1/2 lb)Red potatoes
1 tbspFresh rosemary, finely shopped
To tasteSalt
To tasteBlack pepper, ground
3/4 cup (6 oz)Rod's® Olde World Italian Dressing

Procedure

  1. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces and place in medium bowl.
  2. Season potatoes with rosemary, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Add dressing; mix well.
  4. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated 350°F oven until potatoes are tender and well browned, about 1 hour.

Yield: 4 Servings

Chef's Tip:

Other fresh herbs may be substituted for rosemary.
