Ingredients
4 lbs | Green cabbage, shredded |
3 lbs | Rice, cooked, chilled |
2 lbs | Chicken breast, cooked, sliced, chilled |
1/2 gal | Rod's® Oriental Honey Sesame Dressing |
6 oz | Bamboo shoots |
5 oz | Water chestnuts, sliced |
5 oz | Snow peas, cleaned, blanched |
To garnish (optional) | Chow mein noodles |
Procedure
- Combine cabbage, rice, chicken and dressing in large bowl; mix well.
- Add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and snow peas; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Just before serving, toss well and garnish with chow mein noodles.
Yield: 40 Servings (4 oz each)
Chef's Tip:
Chilled cooked brown rice may be substituted for white rice.Nutrition
