Ingredients
6 oz | Lean ground beef |
1-1/2 oz + 1 tbsp | Rod's® Caesar Dressing, divided |
1 | Kaiser roll |
1 large | Tomato slice |
1 large | Red onion slice |
1 large | Romaine lettuce leaf, halved |
Procedure
- Combine ground beef and 1-1/2 oz dressing; shape into patty.
- Broil or grill to medium doneness (160°F).
- Spread roll bottom with remaining 1 Tbsp dressing.
- Place burger on roll bottom; top with tomato, onion, lettuce and roll top.
Yield: 1 Serving
Chef's Tip:
After spreading dressing on roll bottom, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.Nutrition
