Ingredients

6 ozLean ground beef
1-1/2 oz + 1 tbspRod's® Caesar Dressing, divided
1Kaiser roll
1 largeTomato slice
1 largeRed onion slice
1 largeRomaine lettuce leaf, halved

Procedure

  1. Combine ground beef and 1-1/2 oz dressing; shape into patty.
  2. Broil or grill to medium doneness (160°F).
  3. Spread roll bottom with remaining 1 Tbsp dressing.
  4. Place burger on roll bottom; top with tomato, onion, lettuce and roll top.

Yield: 1 Serving

Chef's Tip:

After spreading dressing on roll bottom, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
