Ingredients

1 (8 oz)Beef loin steak, lean, boneless
1/2 headRomaine lettuce, cleaned
1/2 cup (2 oz)Bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 cupWalnuts, toasted, chopped
3/4 cup (6 oz)Rod's® Caesar Dressing

Procedure

  1. Grill steak to desired doneness. Cool slightly; slice thinly.
  2. Tear romaine into bite-size pieces and place in large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle bleu cheese and walnuts over romaine. Top with warm steak.
  4. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss well. Serve immediately.

Yield: 2 Servings

Chef's Tip:

Crumbled feta cheese may be substituted for bleu cheese.
