Ingredients

12 lbsChicken wings (tips removed, cut at joint)
3 cupsWorcestershire Sauce
4 cupsSaucemaker® Honey Garlic Sauce

Procedure

  1. Place wings in hotel pans; cover with Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate, covered, for 1-2 hours. Remove from marinade; discard marinade.
  2. Preheat deep fryer to 350°F. Fry wings for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F; drain. Place wings into a resealable plastic container; add Saucemaker® Honey Garlic Sauce. Toss to coat.
  3. Serve with additional Saucemaker® Honey Garlic Sauce on the side for dipping.

Yield: 24 Servings
