Ingredients
5 lbs | Albacore tuna (canned) packed in water, drained |
3 pts | Celery, minced |
4-1/2 cups | Rod’s® Creamy Garlic White Pizza Sauce |
1-1/2 cups | Bay Valley® Brand Hot Chopped Cherry Pepper Relish |
1-1/2 cups | Yellow onions, peeled, minced |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Dill weed, dried |
1-1/2 tsp | Black pepper, coarsely ground |
(Optional) | Mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and mini corn bread muffins |
Procedure
- Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill, covered, for at least 4 hours.
Yield: 24 Servings
Chef's Tip:
Place a 2/3 cup scoop of tuna salad on a bed of mixed salad greens and tomatoes; drizzle with Rod’s® Creamy Garlic White Pizza Sauce. Serve with mini corn bread muffins on the side.Nutrition
