Ingredients
| 8 lbs | Ground beef |
| 1 cup | Bay Valley® Brand Hot Chopped Pepper Relish |
| 1 cup | Bay Valley® Brand Diced Jalapeño Peppers |
| 3/4 cup | Yellow onion, 1/8-inch dice |
| 4 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Pepper |
| 24 each | Hamburger buns, sliced, toasted |
| 24 each | Lettuce leaves |
| 24 slices | Tomato, sliced |
| 3 cups | Bay Valley® Brand Jalapeño Cheese Sauce, warmed |
| 48 slices | Applewood-smoked bacon slices, cooked crisp |
Procedure
To Make Hamburger Patties:
- Combine ground beef with Bay Valley® Brand Hot Chopped Pepper Relish, Bay Valley® Brand, Diced Jalapeño Peppers, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 5-oz. patties.
- When ready-to-serve, grill to desired temperature.
To Make One Serving:
Layer toasted bun with lettuce, tomato slice, grilled hamburger patty, 2 tablespoons warmed Bay Valley® Brand Jalapeño Cheese Sauce, and 2 slices of bacon.
