Ingredients

5 qtsWater
5 cupsSturm’s Village Farm® Quick Grits
2-1/2 tspSalt
3 lbsSmoked Gouda cheese, shredded
2 lbsCooked chopped lobster meat, heated
10 ozBaby spinach
As neededHeavy cream, warmed

Procedure

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot over high heat; add Sturm’s Village Farm® Quick Grits and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  2. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Mix in heated lobster and baby spinach.
  5. If desired, add enough warm cream to thin to desired consistency.

Yield: 24 Servings
