3 cupsBay Valley® Brand Banana Pepper Rings, drained

Procedure

  1. Spread bottom half of toasted Italian roll with 1 tablespoon pesto.
  2. Top with 1 breaded chicken breast, 2 tablespoons marinara sauce, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, and 4 Bay Valley® Brand Banana Pepper Rings.
