1 tsp | Garlic powder |
1 tsp | Onion powder |
1 tsp | Chili powder |
1 tsp | Black pepper |
48 slices | Sourdough bread, sliced ½-inch thick, grilled |
3 qts | Iceberg lettuce, shredded |
1 qt | San Antonio Farms® Roasted Chipotle Salsa |
24 each | Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, sprinkled with chipotle seasoning, grilled, 5 oz. |
Procedure
To Make Fajita Cheese Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients until combined.
- Warm sauce before serving.
To Make One Sandwich:
- Layer grilled sourdough bread with 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 2 to 3 tablespoons San Antonio Farms® Roasted Chipotle Salsa, grilled chicken breast, and 2 to 3 tablespoons fajita cheese sauce.

Chef's Tip:
