Ingredients
7-1/2 cups | San Antonio Farms® Picante Sauce |
1/2 cup | Stone ground mustard |
1/2 cup | Jalapeño peppers, diced |
1/2 cup | Cilantro, fresh, minced |
24 each | Salmon fillets (4-6 oz.) |
1/2 cup | Lime juice, fresh |
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine the picante sauce, mustard, jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
- Place salmon into greased hotel pan. Drizzle each fillet with 1 Tsp. lime juice; top with picante sauce mixture.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
