Ingredients

7-1/2 cupsSan Antonio Farms® Picante Sauce
1/2 cupStone ground mustard
1/2 cupJalapeño peppers, diced
1/2 cupCilantro, fresh, minced
24 eachSalmon fillets (4-6 oz.)
1/2 cupLime juice, fresh

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Combine the picante sauce, mustard, jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
  3. Place salmon into greased hotel pan. Drizzle each fillet with 1 Tsp. lime juice; top with picante sauce mixture.
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Yield: 24 Servings

Chef's Tip:

Try using our Roasted Chipotle Salsa for a zesty, smoky salmon dish. You can also serve the salmon as a sandwich on toasted ciabatta bread with lettuce and tomato.
