Ingredients
4 lbs | Ground turkey |
2-3 tbsp | Vegetable oil |
4-1/2 cups | San Antonio Farms® Thick & Chunky Salsa |
1-1/2 cups | Barbecue sauce |
2 tsp | Cumin, ground |
To taste | Salt & pepper |
24 buns | Hamburger buns |
Procedure
- In a large sauté pan, cook turkey in oil until no longer pink and temperature reaches 165ºF; drain.
- Add salsa, barbecue sauce, cumin, salt and pepper; heat to 160ºF.
- Serve on a bun.
