Ingredients

3 lbsCorn tortilla chips, yellow and blue
3 qtsBay Valley® Brand Nacho Cheese Sauce, warmed
3 qtsBoneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled, 1/4-inch dice
6 eachGreen bell peppers, sliced 1/2-inch thick, grilled
6 eachYellow onions, sliced 1/2-inch thick, grilled
1 qt + 2 cupsSan Antonio Farms® Thick and Chunky Salsa
To garnish (optional)Sour cream and minced fresh cilantro

Procedure

To Make One Nacho Platter for Two:

  1. Arrange 4-oz. of tortilla chips on a small platter.
  2. Cover with 1 cup warm Bay Valley® Brand Nacho Cheese Sauce.
  3. Top with 1 cup diced chicken, 4 grilled green pepper rings, 4 grilled onion rings, and 1/2 cup San Antonio Farms® Thick and Chunky Salsa.
  4. Garnish with sour cream and minced cilantro.

Yield: 24 Servings

Chef's Tip:

Use San Antonio Farms® Roasted Chipotle Salsa as another salsa topping.
