Ingredients

5 qtsWater
3 qtsSturm’s Village Farm® Old Fashioned Oats
1 tspSalt
1 cupPure maple syrup
1 cupWalnuts, toasted, chopped
1/2 cupPacked brown sugar
3 cupsBlueberries
3 cupsRaspberries
5 cupsGreek yogurt, plain
(Optional)Milk, warmed

Procedure

To Prepare Oats:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot over high heat; stir in Sturm’s Village Farm® Old Fashioned Oats and salt.
  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Remove pan from heat.
  4. Stir in maple syrup.
  5. For nut topping, combine walnuts and brown sugar in a bowl.

To Make One Parfait:

  1. In a parfait glass, layer 1 tablespoon each of blueberries and raspberries, 1/3 cup oatmeal, 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon each of blueberries and raspberries, 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon nut topping.
  2. Garnish with additional blueberries.
  3. Serve with warm milk on the side, if desired.

Yield: 24 Servings
